ARREARS*COLLECTIONS NEGOTIATOR OR FIELD AGENT
Salary between £18-20k dependant on experience
Are you from a bailiff, collections, sales OR motor finance background? Our client, one of the UK’s leading service provider in the fields of commercial*industrial credit management and specialist consumer debt sectors are looking for arrears*collections negotiator or field agent to join their busy and expanding team.
The Job:
You will be responsible for visiting debtors at home and negotiating payments or voluntary surrender of vehicle (NOT REPOSSESSIONS).
The Person:
The successful candidates will ideally have a background in motor finance, collections, bailiff or field sales. You will have the personal qualities to deal with angry*emotional customers, possess strong arrears and negotiation skills. You will be confident, articulate and flexible. Essential: You must possess a full UK driving licence.
The Package:
Our client will offer you a package consisting of a good basic £18k (depending on experience), on successful completion of your probation your salary will increase to £20k PLUS monthly bonus of between £200-£700 + company car. This position is within a highly successful and expanding company with excellent career prospects.
